Mandatory Discovery Session (free) prior to starting the actual coaching.
This coaching will specifically address the emotional blocks to gaining muscle or losing weight. Best results if nutrition and physical exercice are being managed on the side.
Exercices can be given to the coachee to be done before the next session.
A maximum of 10 sessions is allowed. The Coach will recommend the best time before the newt session.
